We have developed KURZ Remote Service to provide you with sustained and flexible support in the operation of your finishing machines, independent of time and place. It allows us to advise you without the environmental impact of unnecessary CO2 emissions, and without travel restrictions.

Our Remote Service App contains a digital support package for any service queries you may have about your KURZ machines. This includes technical advice via chat and video call, as well as a machine wiki with instruction manual and FAQs. Special features: You won't speak to just any Tom, Dick or Harry. By scanning the QR codes on your machine, you will be assigned a contact person specialized in your system. Our experienced machine technicians will help you use Augmented Reality to step right into error analysis and visually identify problem components. The practical History function documents the approach and saves the Support Case for future reference. If the same system error crops up again, you need only open the case to access instructions for fault correction. You minimize downtime and promptly resume production.
